Manager, Analytics

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Manager, Analytics. As part of the Analytics/Innovation HUB team, you will be involved in building in-house analytics solutions for CPGR companies, including shared services, finance, supply chain, and commercial groups. Responsibilities: - Building strategic relationships with clients and identifying key growth opportunities - Operating in a PMO environment, monitoring, controlling, and reporting the status of services/projects to clients - Identifying areas of significant customer business impact and providing strategic direction and thought leadership - Owning end-to-end projects, including design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions such as dashboards, data engineering, and data science activities - Creating project plans, timelines, and estimates - Managing the team, monitoring team hours, and driving project tasks and milestones - Overseeing day-to-day management of projects, communications, and priorities - Conducting workshops with key client stakeholders to generate ideas for solving business problems - Demonstrating the value of analytics and building strong working relationships with customers - Guiding and assisting sales teams in identifying and promoting solutions for new business growth - Collaborating with consulting, transformation, and practice teams to deliver complex, large client engagements that implement innovative business and technology solutions - Leading/participating in project discussions to bring best practices for problem-solving Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/information science) or Master's Degree (e.g., MBA in Data Analytics/Business Analytics) - Good Excel and presentation skills - Strong presentation and storytelling skills - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations - Attention to detail and quick response time - Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely at various levels - Interpersonal skills, team builder, self-driven, with strategic thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in working and managing SCM and Finance projects would be an added advantage This is a full-time position located in India, Bangalore.
