Role Overview: As a Manager in the Emerging Market department in Delhi, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major accounts, acquiring new partners, onboarding new clients, and ensuring smooth business operations by collaborating with internal stakeholders like tech support, operations, and onboarding teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as tech support, operations, and onboarding teams for the smooth running of business operations. - Acquire new partners to expand the business. - Onboard new clients effectively. - Manage relationships (both internal and external), resolve issues at various levels, and enhance existing relationships. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in Merchant/Fintech industry. - Proficiency in account management, relationship management, business development, and solution selling. - Prior experience in handling gaming clients is preferred. Additional Company Details: - Educational background: Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, or Master's degree. - Occasional travel may be required for this role.
