As a Sales Operations Manager in the fashion industry, your core responsibilities will include: - Ensuring optimal performance of MBOs in the assigned territory - Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets effectively - Regular visits to stores to monitor merchandising, VM execution, staff performance, and adherence to brand standards - Driving secondary sales, managing sell-through, and stock turnover - Overseeing timely product dispatch, billing, and replenishment as the primary point of contact between the brand and distributor - Monitoring distributor stock levels, ageing, and liquidation plans - Reviewing and tracking distributor performance metrics and conducting monthly/quarterly review meetings - Sharing market intelligence and consumer feedback for planning future collections - Supporting sales forecasting and budgeting for the MBO channel - Coordinating training programs for MBO staff on product knowledge, VM standards, and customer service To excel in this position, you should have: - A strong understanding of retail operations in the fashion apparel industry - Demonstrated ability in distributor management and sales planning - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - A data-driven approach, proficiency in MS Excel, and sales dashboard tools The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in MBO sales operations with exposure to MBO and Distributor models.,
