detail-oriented and tech-savvy Manager – Mobile Ad Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize mobile ad campaigns on platforms such as Trackier, Affise, Appsflyer, Branch, etc.
• Manage day-to-day ad operations including tracking URLs, creative testing, and resolving delivery issues.
• Coordinate with publishers/affiliates and internal teams for smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROI, retention, etc.) to ensure targets are achieved.
• Generate, review, and present daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate documentation for campaign setup, targeting details, and performance logs.
• Assist in managing SDK integrations and postback setups between advertiser and publisher tracking systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in mobile ad operations, digital marketing, or affiliate campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust).
• Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Trackier, Affise, Everflow, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPM campaign models.
• Familiarity with attribution models and fraud detection tools.
• Basic understanding of programmatic buying and RTB platforms.
