Manager- Supply Growth Acquisition

With expertise in relationship-building and collaboration, plus over 7 years of business development experience and a masters in Business Administration or related field, you'll deliver impactful results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About You
- 4-8 years of experience in hospitality supply acquisition, real estate leasing, or hotel development.
- Scout and evaluate potential hotel, serviced apartment, and residence properties for leasing or management contracts.
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities in target micro-markets.
- Conduct financial feasibility and commercial evaluations (ARR, occupancy, ROI, payback, etc).
- Negotiate term sheets and close lease/licensing agreements with property owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, operations, legal) for property onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and asset owners.
- Track competition and market developments to stay ahead of hospitality supply trends.
- Knowledge of FSI norms, licensing, and asset due diligence preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for property visits and owner meetings.
