Manager - Acquisition

Utilize your expertise in relationship-building, collaboration, and over 7 years of business development experience to deliver impactful results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Utilize your 4-8 years of experience in hospitality supply acquisition, real estate leasing, or hotel development to scout and evaluate potential properties for leasing or management contracts. - Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities in target micro-markets and negotiate lease/licensing agreements with property owners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for property onboarding and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and asset owners. - Stay ahead of hospitality supply trends by tracking competition and market developments. Knowledge of FSI norms, licensing, and asset due diligence is preferred. - Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a willingness to travel frequently for property visits and owner meetings.
