Manager - Accounts Receivable

Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring aging reports, conducting credit assessments, leading and mentoring a team, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and reconcile customer accounts. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports. - Conduct credit assessments, set credit limits, and enforce credit policies. - Monitor credit risk, recommend mitigation actions, and liaise with legal teams for recovery of outstanding dues. - Lead and mentor the AR and credit control team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, support audits, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in accounting, CA/CA Inter is a must. - 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and credit control. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. - Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
