Job Description

Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables and collections.
Prepare aging reports and assist in forecasting cash inflows.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
