Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, management reporting, and budgeting at Ravikash Financial Services Private Limited in Jaipur. Your duties will include preparing and maintaining accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and monthly financial statements. Additionally, you will handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including filing returns, and coordinate with auditors for audits. You will be expected to maintain MIS reports, track cash flow, and assist in budgeting & forecasting. Collaboration with senior management for financial planning and control will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring internal controls and accounting discipline across all branches will also be part of your responsibilities. Ideal candidates for this role should possess financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, along with experience in financial management reporting and analysis. Skills in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and knowledge of tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must, along with proficiency in financial software and tools. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, while an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) would be a plus.,
