JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position: Manager Accounts & Finance

Qualification: CA Inter

Experience: 4 Years (Minimum)

CTC: 9.2 LPA (Maximum)

Work: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Reporting:

oPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit &

Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

oOversee financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

oDevelop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flow for

budgeting and decision-making.

Accounts Management:

oEnsure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.

oManage accounts receivable and payable functions, including vendor

management.

oSupervise day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger

reconciliation.

Taxation and Compliance:

oEnsure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax regulations, including GST

and Income Tax.

oFiling of statutory returns, including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other regulatory

filings.

oLiaise with government authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance

with all statutory requirements.

Cost Management:

oMonitor company costs and suggest cost-reduction strategies.

oOversee the costing and pricing of products/services.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management:

oManage cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
