Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the management of academic data, digital platforms, and learner documentation processes as the Manager Academic Systems and Learner Records. Your proactive approach will ensure system integrity, drive efficient coordination, resolve learner queries, and support strategic decision-making with timely data insights. Key Responsibilities: - Academic Data & Record Management - Maintain learners" data management systems - Ensure accuracy of learner data across academic and administrative systems - Monitor data integrity throughout the student life cycle from admission to graduation - Conduct regular audits and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders - Digital Academic Platforms Oversight - Manage the administration and integration of key academic platforms such as CANVAS (LMS), CodeTantra, and University ERP - Act as the primary point of coordination between academic, IT, and operational teams - Certificate and Document Management - Supervise and streamline the issuance of official learner documents like Bona fide certificates, NOCs, and Letters for academic purposes - Maintain standard operating procedures and turnaround time benchmarks - National Academic Depository (NAD) - Manage data upload and verification of academic awards on the NAD platform - Ensure regular compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other regulatory guidelines - Learner Academic Query Resolution - Serve as the nodal point for academic queries raised by learners - Coordinate across departments to ensure timely, accurate, and learner-friendly responses - Maintain a record of frequently asked questions and recurring issues to improve service quality - Cross-functional Coordination - Collaborate closely with faculty, IT, academic operations, and student support teams - Ensure end-to-end alignment of academic processes and systems to enhance learner experience - Facilitate team briefings and training where needed to ensure smooth execution - Data Insights & Strategic Support - Analyse academic and learner data to generate actionable insights - Provide regular dashboards and reports to the academic leadership for strategic planning - Recommend process improvements based on data trends and learner feedback Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Education, Administration, Technology, or related field - Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in academic administration or operations - Proven experience managing ERP systems, LMS platforms (CANVAS preferred), and academic data Additional Details: (Omit this section as no additional details of the company are mentioned in the provided JD),
