Job Title:

Management Trainee / Domain Trainee Regulatory Reporting (Finance Control & Governance – RTR)

Location: Noida

About the Role:

Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory & Statutory Reporting:

    Prepare and submit periodic financial and regulatory returns to

    Lloyd’s, PRA (UK), NAIC (USA), and other regional regulators

    (Bermuda, EMEA, Canada).
  • Solvency II Reporting:

    Manage end-to-end Solvency II submissions (QRTs, Pillar 3 reports, balance sheets, own funds, SCR/MCR calculations) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Lloyd’s & Market Returns:

    Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc Lloyd’s returns (QMA, QMB, QSR, ASR) in alignment with syndicate reporting standards and deadlines.
  • Investment & Asset Reporting:

    Compile investment schedules, valuation data, and asset reconciliations to support internal capital reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Governance:

    Ensure adherence to regional reporting frameworks while maintaining strong internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with

    actuarial, treasury, finance, and compliance teams

    to validate data inputs, address reporting queries, and ensure accuracy.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:

    Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through

    automation, standardization, and improved data governance

    practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

    Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

    .
  • Relevant experience in

    Finance & Accounting (F&A)

    , specifically in

    Insurance Regulatory Reporting

    .
  • Prior experience working with

    insurance clients

    is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of

    accounting principles

    and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of

    GAAP

    and

    IFRS

    .
  • Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as

    Oracle, BlackLine

    , etc.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
  • Excellent

    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    .
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • High level of

    integrity and confidentiality

    in handling sensitive information.
