Management Trainee

We are looking for a reliable Management Trainee who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Management Trainee, you will get hands-on experience in different departments, work closely with managers, and take part in day-to-day operations. The goal of this role is to prepare you for future leadership positions and help you contribute to our company’s steady growth.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operations.
• Work with different teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to gain all-round exposure.
• Assist managers in planning, reporting, and daily tasks.
• Research, analyze, and present findings to support business decisions.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Take initiative in identifying problems and suggest solutions.
• Develop leadership and problem-solving skills through real-time assignments.
• Support the team in achieving company goals and improving efficiency.
• Gather customer/employee feedback and share it with the management team.

Eligibility

• Freshers are eligible.

Job Types

• 6 months probation period (Fresher role).

Pay During Probation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
After Probation (Full-Time): CTC Range – 4 LPA to 6 LPA
