Role & responsibilities

This intensive 24 months program will allow the Trainee Managers / Trainee Floor Managers to master all the basics of McDonald's restaurant operations -

1. Kitchen, Front counter, Dining area and Drive-thru

2. Manage the restaurant during different shifts

3. Learn & manage different departments- CEM,FQM & PDM

4. Role model the non-negotiables in the restaurant Quality, Service & Cleanliness
