Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in managing and analyzing operational data sets to support decision-making Help schedule events and exam sessions accurately and efficiently, use LLM’s to automate the process. Create and maintain dashboards with performance insights Track and report key metrics such as OKRs, proctor quality, learner CSAT, and conversion rates Maintain trackers like fire call-related items and product improvement requests.
