About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated

Management Trainee

to join the

CEO s Office

. This role will involve working closely with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making through

data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting

. The candidate will act as a bridge between raw data and actionable insights, enabling the leadership team to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Execution.
Project Management: Successfully manage and execute at least three high-impact, cross-functional projects as assigned by the CEO.
Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and prepare detailed reports on new market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.
Presentation & Communication: Develop compelling presentations and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders, including board members and clients.
Operational Excellence.
Performance Monitoring: Assist the management in tracking and analyzing the performance of key business units against strategic goals.
Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items for all key leadership meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between management and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint
, and familiarity with
data visualization tools
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of ownership, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM (freshers or up to 2 years of experience).
Background in
business analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles
is a plus.
