At Idiotic Media, we don’t do boring. We craft viral campaigns, engineer influencer buzz, and turn digital chaos into creative gold. We're looking for a Management Intern who's a curious explorer, a multitasking ninja, and secretly loves the thrill of doing a bit of everything.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Circus):

🔍 Research:

• Dig deep into trends, consumer behavior, brand strategies, and memes (yes, memes count).
• Turn data into insights that spark big ideas.

📣 Influencer Marketing:

• Hunt down rising influencers before they blow up.
• Coordinate campaigns, track performance, and keep creators happy.

🎨 Creative + Copywriting:

• Brainstorm campaign concepts, taglines, captions, and everything in between.
• Work closely with design teams to bring ideas to life.

⚙️ Operations:

• Keep the engine running—trackers, timelines, coordination, documentation.
• Be the glue between teams and projects.

🚀 Business Development:

• Assist in identifying leads, pitching services, and closing deals.
• Support client interactions and proposal development.

Who You Are:

• A graduate multitasking machine with a creative soul and a strategic brain.
• Fluent in Gen Z, Excel sheets, Canva, Instagram trends, and Google Docs.
• Hungry to learn, unafraid to fail, and always up for a challenge.
• Available full-time from our Gurugram office for 6 months.
