Job Requirements : 3-7 years of experience in AP Helpdesk, Call Centre, Calls Handling, Complaint Management, Query Handling, Query Management, Solving Queries. Excellent communication skills for effective handling of customer queries via phone calls. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
