Management Trainee- Digital Marketing

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Digital Marketing to join our growing team. This role is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and creative content development.

You will support the team in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns while assisting with website updates, Shopify operations, and AI-generated creative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and paid platforms.
• Support Shopify website management, including product uploads, page updates, banners, and basic store optimization.
• Create engaging AI-generated graphics, social media creatives, product banners, and ad visuals using tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Canva, or DALL·E.
• Help implement SEO strategies—keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Assist in executing Social Media Marketing (SMM) activities: content scheduling, posting, engagement, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance across Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and other analytics tools.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, AI tools, and online advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SMM, digital ads, and website management.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Creative mindset with interest in AI-powered graphic design tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
