Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Management Trainee – Marketing (Corporate Communication) with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication initiatives, assisting in stakeholder engagement, preparing impactful presentations, and coordinating participation in industry events and forums. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, well-spoken, and eager to represent the company’s brand voice in interactions with clients, vendors, and industry bodies.

Key Responsibilities-

Draft, review, and support official communication, including reports, emails, statements, and external correspondence.

Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, speeches, and newsletters for leadership teams.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for event participation and follow-up communication. Liaise with clients, vendors, industry associations, and government stakeholders as a company representative. Support participation in trade shows, conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Assist in developing and maintaining a repository of corporate documents, case studies, and engagement kits. Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s branding, tone, and professional standards.

Skills and Qualifications Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, English Literature, or Business Administration. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Excellent command over English, both spoken and written.

Strong public speaking ability with confidence in addressing external stakeholders. Organizational skills to manage multiple communication tasks and deadlines.

Ability to present technical and corporate information in a clear and professional manner.

Preferred Attributes Exposure to ferro alloys, refractories, metallurgy, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Familiarity with industry associations, chambers of commerce, or event management. A proactive and confident personality who can represent the company in professional settings. A keen sense of detail, tone, and articulation in drafting official communication.
