Job Purpose:

To support the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and building customer relationships. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong technical background in chemical engineering and a passion for marketing and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, regulatory) to understand product capabilities and align with customer needs.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports.
• Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Track industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to specialty chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• B.E./B.Tech in

  Chemical Engineering

  (mandatory)
• MBA in

  Marketing

  (preferred specialization)

• Experience:

• Freshers

  or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Technical understanding of chemical processes and products
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
