Management Trainee - Business Development

As a Management Trainee - Business Development, your responsibilities will include assisting in identifying new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to aid in strategic planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with customer needs, assisting in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, maintaining and updating customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports, participating in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, as well as tracking industry trends and regulatory developments pertinent to specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory), an MBA in Marketing with a preferred specialization, and either be a fresher or have up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales. Key skills required include strong analytical and communication skills, technical understanding of chemical processes and products, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic business setting.
