Management Representative (QMS Auditor ISO/IATF)

🔹 Role Description ·        Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016, and related standards. ·        Manage documentation, audits, and QMS requirements to prevent defects, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement. ·        Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure documentation is readily accessible. ·        Support plant-level quality initiatives, system implementation, and customer compliance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1.      Documentation as per MACE, VSA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards. 2.      Independently handle customer audits & IATF requirements. 3.      Strong knowledge of IATF Core Tools: SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA. 4.      Drive process quality improvement using 7QC Tools, SPC, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, DWM, PDCA. 5.      Maintain QMS systems in plant as per IATF norms & customer requirements. 6.      Good presentation & reporting skills. 7.      Lead continuous improvement projects within the plant. 8.      Awareness of API Spec Q1 – 10th Edition. 9.      Knowledge of API 6D & API 609 Editions. 10.  Familiarity with Valves & National/International Standards. 11.  Organize Internal Audits, Trainings, and Management Review Meetings (MRM). 12.  Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016. 13.  Raise 8D reports for top defects and review progress weekly with CFT; monitor daily rejections. 14.  Monitor & review Patrolling Inspection on hourly basis.
