Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Sales Executive located in Ludhiana, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and coordinating with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met. The executive will also be involved in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, particularly within the aluminium extrusion industry
Strong understanding of market dynamics, demands, and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Skilled in preparing sales reports, market analysis, and strategic planning
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
