Role Overview:

Are you an exceptionally bright, driven, and smart individual looking for a high-impact internship? Atma Vani is seeking a full-time Management Intern to work directly with the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive direct mentoring across all facets of a dynamic startup, from product development and marketing to operations and community management. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or MBA student who is ready to take on significant responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & Partner Management:

  Work with external developers to manage the development of the Atma Vani platform. Research, identify, and onboard new partners for the Atma Vani ecosystem.

• Marketing & Communications:

  Coordinate with internal creative and SEO teams to execute marketing campaigns. Directly manage all social media handles for Atma Vani and actively engage with our community.

• Events & Content:

  Assist in the planning, launch, and management of online events, workshops, and satsangs.

• Research & Strategy:

  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and growth initiatives.

• Operational Support:

  Provide direct, day-to-day support to the CEO on various strategic and operational tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• A recent graduate or current MBA student from any stream.
• Strong academic background with a proven track record of excellence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and quick learner.
• Willingness to work long hours and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for technology and a deep appreciation for spiritual and cultural traditions is a plus.
