Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management & Admin Trainee to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist in office management, coordination with different departments, and help streamline internal processes to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
Support management in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
Coordinate with HR, IT, and other teams for logistical and operational needs.
Assist in procurement and inventory management.
Help in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Ensure proper communication flow across departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of business administration and operations.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
