Job Description

The Executive Researcher will be responsible for generating candidates consistently across the enterprise to support the delivery of MD and D searches by the Exec Recruiters. The role involves providing three key services: - Conducting market mapping and competitor intelligence - Building talent pipelines focusing on diversity, strategic location buildouts, and growth areas - Assisting in succession planning for Senior MDs in collaboration with HRBPs and LTCDI In addition to this, the researcher will support the Exec Recruiters in preparing MIS and reports for clients to enhance innovation and improve the client experience. It is essential for the Executive Researcher to understand how to capture and leverage information flow from external agencies. Success in this role will be evaluated based on the placement of quality candidates by the Exec Recruiters rather than just generating interviews. The Executive Researcher will take ownership of the strategic technology system that manages Exec Recruiting activity, candidate static information, and candidate interaction with Barclays. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the larger executive hiring team. The Executive Researcher should demonstrate the ability to think creatively and implement alternative talent sourcing methodologies to tap into passive talent pools. It is imperative for the Executive Researcher to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards. **Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:** - Graduate or Post-Graduate degree. - Strong experience in talent attraction and recruitment from the BFSI industry. - Proficiency in various candidate sourcing methodologies. - Preferably, experience in the banking industry and technology sector. **Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:** - Background in Executive Search preferred. - Possesses a practical, commercial approach to data management. - Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction. - Ability to manage difficult conversations effectively and deliver feedback constructively. - Operates with urgency and energy, striving to make a positive impact. - Demonstrates alignment with Barclays values and a shareholder mindset, taking ownership of challenges and delivering results in a complex global environment.,
