Job Description

As an Executive Researcher at the company, your primary role is to generate candidates consistently to support the delivery of MD and D searches by the Exec Recruiters. You will be responsible for providing three key services: - Market mapping and competitor intelligence - Building talent pipelines focusing on diversity, strategic location buildouts, and growth areas - Assisting in succession planning for Senior MDs in collaboration with HRBPs and LTCDI Additionally, you will support Exec Recruiters in preparing MIS and reports for clients, driving innovation and enhancing the client experience. Your success will be measured by the quality of candidates placed rather than the number of interviews generated. You will also be in charge of managing the strategic technology system that oversees Exec Recruiting activity, candidate information, and interactions with Barclays. In terms of Stakeholder Management and Leadership, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when collaborating with the executive hiring team. When it comes to Decision-making and Problem Solving, you are expected to showcase the ability to think creatively and implement alternative talent sourcing methodologies to tap into passive talent pools effectively. As an essential requirement for this role, you should possess: - A Graduate or Post-Graduate degree - Strong experience in talent attraction and recruitment within the BFSI industry - Proficiency in various candidate sourcing methodologies, especially the latest trends - Preferably, experience in the banking industry and technology sector Desirable skills and preferred qualifications include: - Background in Executive Search is preferred - A practical, commercial approach to data management - A service-oriented mindset with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction - Ability to push back on unreasonable expectations while maintaining a positive attitude - Proficiency in managing tough conversations and delivering feedback effectively - Operating with urgency, energy, and a desire to make a positive impact - Alignment with Barclays values and a shareholder mindset, inclusive approach, and ownership mentality to problem-solving in a complex global environment.
