Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mall Manager located in Erode. The Mall Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the mall's budget. Responsibilities: include business planning, coordinating marketing activities, handling tenant relations, and ensuring the mall's facilities are in top condition. Qualifications Business Planning and Budgeting skills Operations Management skills Customer Service and Communication skills Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail 5+ years of Experience.
