Mall Manager

Texvalley is an integrated textile trading market center in South India, supported by the Ministry of Textiles. Spanning 18 acres with 16 lakh sq. ft. dedicated to trading, Texvalley offers a platform for manufacturers, trade partners, and agents to showcase their products to buyers at various levels. The center provides marketing support, free shuttle services, banking facilities, and warehouse space to enhance trade volumes and create new business opportunities in the textile industry. As a Mall Manager in Erode, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining the mall's budget. Your role will involve business planning, coordinating marketing activities, handling tenant relations, and ensuring the mall's facilities are well-maintained. To excel in this role, you should possess strong business planning and budgeting skills, operations management expertise, and excellent customer service and communication abilities. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.,
