Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales process for home loans, including lead generation, client meetings, and documentation.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing loan sector (LAP).
Strong understanding of open market dynamics and ability to analyze data effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
