Major Account Manager Copiers

Role & responsibilities

Role: To drive sales of Copiers, Scanners, Multifunction Devices, and Document Management Solutions to large corporate clients and enterprise accounts, while building long-term relationships and achieving business growth.

Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new Corporate and Enterprise accounts for Copiers and Document Solutions. Manage and grow business within assigned major accounts by developing strong client relationships. Conduct a Client needs analysis and propose tailored Copier, MFP, and Document Management Solutions. Develop and execute account strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans to achieve targets. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams. Familiarity with Rate contracts, legal agreements, and price agreements. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service teams to ensure smooth solution delivery. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure timely collections, renewals of contracts/AMCs, and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and account reviews for management.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Copiers, Multifunction Devices, and Document Solutions. Proven ability in Enterprise and Corporate sales and managing key accounts. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of tendering processes, rate contracts, and corporate procurement policies. Ability to engage with senior decision-makers. Target-driven with strong business acumen and solution-oriented approach. Good knowledge of IT hardware/peripherals will be an added advantage.
