Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Hare Krishna Golden Temple, Banjara Hills (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time Vacancies: 01   Job Summary:   We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance activities at the temple premises. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a small team while ensuring uninterrupted facility operations.   Key Responsibilities:   Supervise and perform day-to-day electrical and plumbing maintenance. Implement preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns. Maintain accurate records and report critical parameters to the Maintenance In-charge. Manage the maintenance store, verify stock levels, and ensure availability of essential items. Coordinate with vendors and maintain strong relationships, especially during temple festivals. Obtain quotations, negotiate, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Oversee and support a team of 2–3 technicians. Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of temple facilities and infrastructure.   Qualifications & Requirements:   Education: Graduate in Electrical / ITI / Polytechnic OR relevant experience. Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance supervision (preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience managing technicians. Languages: Telugu & Hindi (preferred). Age: 21–60 years. Eligibility: Only Hindu candidates may apply.   Salary & Benefits:   Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 (take-home, based on interview performance). Perks: PF & ESI. Timings: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
