Job Posting – Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the servicing, repair, and upkeep of our fleet, including heavy commercial vehicles, tippers, and trailers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workshop operations, reduce vehicle downtime, and maintain compliance with safety and RTO norms.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Supervise workshop staff and allocate repair/maintenance tasks.

2.Plan and execute preventive & routine maintenance schedules.

3.Diagnose breakdowns and ensure timely, quality repairs.

4.Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and cost control.

5.Enforce workshop safety standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1) Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.

2) 3–5 years’ experience in HCV maintenance supervision.

3) Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmission & electricals.

4) Leadership skills and ability to manage a workshop team.
