Job Description

As a Maintenance Officer, your role involves overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of a commercial building's infrastructure. You will manage the maintenance team, ensure efficient operation of all building systems, and coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades. Your primary focus will be on maintaining safety and compliance standards while providing a comfortable environment for tenants and visitors.
