Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance system, Mitsubishi Make PLC, Servo system, HMI. Maintenance of Robotics like Mitsubishi, IAI & YAMAHA, Vision System like OMRON, COGNEX, KEYENCE etc. Knowledge of QMS/HSEMS like IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop & Execute long term maintenance strategies aligned with business goal. Create & manage maintenance budget, cost control initiatives & capex planning.
Team Management & Training
- Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of maintenance Persons, assign tasks, set performance targets and monitor KPI's for individual and teams.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Implement & monitor preventive Maintenance schedule. Response to and troubleshoot major maintenance issues & equipment failure.
Budget & Inventory Control:
Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget. Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and reorder when necessary
Compliance & Safety
:- Ensure maintenance activities comply with statuory and other regulatory standards.Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all equipment is safe to operate.
Continuous Improvement
:-Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and maintenance processes. Co-ordinate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) on projects and upgrades.
