Job Title: Maintenance Head - Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for the facility, machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. The role involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Supervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring proper allocation of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs for all machines and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments (Production, HR, Admin) for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements or upgrades to equipment/facilities.
• Lead emergency response planning for maintenance-related issues.
• Prepare reports for senior management on performance metrics, costs, and resource utilization.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and civil maintenance

• Vendor and AMC coordination
• Knowledge of compliance norms (safety, fire, electrical, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in plant/building/facility maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in hotel industry is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing, real estate or infrastructure sectors preferred and also in hotel industry

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
