Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: As a Maintenance Manager in Ludhiana, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Your role will involve leading a maintenance team, ensuring efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting smooth operations across all departments. Your key responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and supervising all maintenance activities, conducting regular inspections, implementing preventive maintenance measures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, handling emergency repairs promptly, managing maintenance budgets and resources effectively, maintaining records of equipment and service history, coordinating with vendors and service providers, as well as leading and training maintenance staff. To qualify for this role, you should have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You should possess strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with good leadership and communication skills.
