Job Title: Maintenance and Electrical Technician Location: Casino Carnival, Miramar Panaji Goa Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to Rs. 16,000/month (depending on experience), plus benefits About Us: Casino Carnival is an exciting entertainment destination offering an unforgettable experience to our guests. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Maintenance and Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, gaming equipment, and other vital systems that support smooth casino operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, gaming machines, and other critical casino equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, wiring, and electrical panels to ensure safety and proper function. Assist with the installation and maintenance of new electrical and mechanical systems. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local electrical codes. Monitor backup systems, including generators and UPS systems, to guarantee uninterrupted casino operations. Respond promptly to emergency repair and troubleshooting requests. Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, repairs, and inspections. Work closely with other team members to resolve technical and maintenance-related issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and casino guidelines to maintain a secure environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electrical maintenance are a plus. Proven experience in electrical and general maintenance work, ideally in a commercial or casino setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting procedures. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Must be flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
