Job Opening: Telecaller – Casino Reservations We are inviting applications for the position of Telecaller to handle reservations and customer queries for our casino. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to assist with casino reservation bookings. Provide detailed information about casino services, timings, and offers. Maintain and update reservation records. Ensure excellent customer service over the phone. Coordinate with the reservation and front office team. Requirements: Good communication skills (English and Hindi languages preferred). Basic computer and data entry skills. Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus. Polite, confident, and customer-focused.
