Job Description

Skills Required

Product Installation and Configurations :
  • Database level Customizations as per client's requirements (SQL& PL/SQL).
  • Develop reports for all modules using Crystal Reports tool.
  • Integrations with several 3rd party Applications.
  • Performing acceptance tests.
  • Should be able to trouble shoot any issues that arise during the implementation. If needed, liaise with several internal departments to resolve the issue.
  • Provide Training to super users on functionalities, best practices and process.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and writing skills are must.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize assignments.
  • Should be able to provide documentation related to implementation tasks.
  • Provide Updates / feedback to Delivery Manager on the Ongoing Project Activities.
  • Should ensure that the time sheets are submitted on regular basis
  • Should be able to perform implementation tasks within SLA.

Key Responsibilities

Product Installation & Configuration :
  • Install and configure software products at client environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Database Customizations

  • Perform SQL and PL/SQL customizations at the database level as per client specifications.

Report Development

  • Design and develop reports for various modules using Crystal Reports.

Third-Party Integrations

  • Implement and support integrations with external third-party applications.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Conduct and support acceptance testing to ensure the product meets business and technical expectations.

Issue Troubleshooting

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams when required.

User Training

  • Deliver training to super users on application functionality, best practices, and operational processes.

Documentation

  • Create and maintain documentation related to implementation, training, and support activities.

Project Communication

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the Delivery Manager on project status, milestones, and risks.

SLA Adherence

  • Execute all tasks and resolve issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets and maintain internal process compliance.
