Role : QA Manager

Hyderabad Location
WFO / 5 days / General Day Shift

Job Summary

A QA Manager is needed to champion software quality and lead a Quality Assurance team. The role involves defining and implementing QA strategies, overseeing test execution, and fostering a culture of quality. Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products is required.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategies and test plans.
Lead and mentor the QA team.
Oversee the development and execution of test cases.
Utilize testing tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes.
Track and report on quality :
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years in software QA with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile environments.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
