Job Description

SentientGeeks is looking for a highly skilled Magento Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Magento 2.x
Strong command of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Solid experience with PHP and backend development.
Proficiency with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party systems.
Working knowledge of Apache web server configuration and deployment.
Strong experience with web development tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail with good English communication skill

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce websites and applications using Magento 2.x
Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a mobile-first approach.
Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, shipping APIs, and plugins.
Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and overall user experience.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations.
Monitor site performance, analytics, and conversion metrics to drive improvements.
Ensure security best practices, data protection, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and web development.
