Key Responsibilities

• Implement

  authentication & role management

   in Magento (admin & user).
• Build

  subscription product catalog

   and integrate with

  Stripe Payments & Billing

  .
• Implement

  end-user checkout flow

   with tokenized/saved cards and subscription creation.
• Handle

  Stripe webhooks

   (invoice.paid, subscription.updated, charge.refunded) and reconcile states in Magento.
• Develop

  API endpoints

   for onboarding, updating, and offboarding subscribers (OEM flow).
• Integrate with

  GDSP/MNO APIs

   to activate plans after successful payments.
• Implement

  provisioning workflows

   (outbox pattern, async event handling) and automate refunds on provisioning failures.
• Build

  end-user portal

   (view active subscriptions, renew, cancel, request refund).
• Develop

  admin views

   for subscription management, provisioning status, and refund controls.
• Ensure

  dependency handling and session/token management

   for OEM logins (SSO, access/refresh token handling).
• Collaborate with the Java team on

  Kafka/outbox integration

   and provisioning events.
• Follow Magento best practices for customization, module development, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in

  Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce)

   custom module and extension development.
• Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery skills.
• Hands-on experience with

  Magento subscription extensions

   (e.g. Aheadworks, Amasty) and

  Stripe integration

  .
• Experience in building and consuming

  REST APIs

   (Magento API, third-party APIs).
• Understanding of

  event-driven architecture

   (Kafka or similar) and async workflows.
• Familiarity with

  authentication flows

   (SSO, OAuth, token handling).
• Knowledge of

  AWS or cloud-based deployments

   (preferred).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver an

  MVP quickly
