Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator with hands-on experience in metal fabrication processes including cutting, welding, pressing, and lathe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments, a commitment to safety, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and operate machinery with precision. Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor various machines including lathes, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, and welding equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine production specifications. Perform MIG/TIG welding and metal cutting using torches, plasma cutters, or saws. Set up machines and tools based on production needs; adjust settings to ensure quality output. Perform quality inspections on finished parts to ensure compliance with standards. Conduct routine maintenance on machines and report malfunctions. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues promptly. Log production data and report on output, downtime, and material usage.
