Machine Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on various machines including Mechanical Presses, Hydraulic Presses, Lathe Machines, Milling & Drilling Machines, and Robotic Welding Machines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to ensure smooth production operations and minimize downtime. - Conducting machine inspections, calibration, alignment, lubrication, and coolant management. - Maintaining maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown analysis reports. - Following all safety procedures including LOTO and equipment safety standards. - Managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with vendors for repairs or replacements. - Supporting the production team by ensuring machine reliability and performance. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance within a Metal Fabrication / Manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. - Ability to read machine drawings, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics. - Experience handling Robotic Welding Systems (ABB / FANUC / Yaskawa preferred). - Good problem-solving ability and willingness to attend urgent breakdowns.
