Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must fulfill any one of the following qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other relevant fields

OR

• Graduate in a relevant field with at least 1 year of relevant experience

OR

• Diploma (3 years after Class 12th) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other relevant fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience

OR

• Class 10th + ITI (2 years) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or other relevant fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience

OR

• Class 12th Pass with at least 4 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver training sessions to students on core topics in Electronics, Telecom, or IT as per the curriculum
2. Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools
3. Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning sessions
4. Assess student performance through assignments, assessments, and feedback
5. Ensure training quality and maintain discipline in the classroom
6. Maintain training records and report progress to the Training Manager
7. Guide and mentor students towards employability and skill enhancement

Key Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of Electronics/Telecom/IT concepts
2. Strong presentation and classroom management skills
3. Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way
4. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, presentations, etc.)
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
