Company Introduction:

We are an online content brokerage platform that enables content creators to buy and sell their videos seamlessly. Our platform allows creators to upload videos, and users pay per view. We aim to enhance content discovery by leveraging advanced AI-driven recommendation systems to provide personalized viewing experiences for our users.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and improve our video recommendation system. You will work on large-scale data pipelines, AI-driven algorithms, and cloud-based model deployments to enhance user engagement and content discoverability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recommendation algorithms using user behavior data and video metadata to personalize content discovery.
Design and build large-scale data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, storage, and analysis.
Utilize ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model development, testing, and deployment.
Optimize model performance through A/B testing, statistical analysis, and iterative improvements.
Deploy and monitor production-ready models in cloud environments like Docker and AWS.
Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to improve existing services and develop new platform features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and processing.
Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Knowledge of distributed systems & streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with recommendation systems or large-scale personalization models.
Strong software engineering skills in Python or a similar language.
Prior experience with A/B testing methodologies and model evaluation.
