Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Platform Team • 5+ years • Full-Time • Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python, EDA,

ML model development, and hands-on experience in LLMOps using frameworks like

LangChain and LangGraph. You will be instrumental in building and operationalizing

scalable ML solutions on our AI-driven platform.

Location

Bangalore (preferred) | Hybrid options may be considered.

Experience

5+ years in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop ML models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques

for real-world business applications.

 Build, deploy, and manage end-to-end ML pipelines.

 Create robust data processing pipelines and APIs (preferably using FastAPI).

 Manage deployment and monitoring of ML/DL models, ensuring model reproducibility,

concept/data drift monitoring, and versioning of code, model, and data.

 Handle data wrangling and feature engineering for both text and image datasets using

libraries like Pandas, NumPy, OpenCV, PIL, Spacy, and Hugging Face Transformers.

 Utilize ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

 Work with LLMOps frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar to operationalize

large language models (LLMs).

 Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs, including using

APIs such as OpenAI, Mistral, Nova.

 Collaborate closely with DevOps to integrate ML workflows with CI/CD pipelines,

Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP or Azure.

 Contribute to scaling and maintaining ML systems leveraging MLflow, GitHub Actions,

and monitoring stacks like ELK.

Preferred Skills

 Deep understanding of cloud-native ML practices and MLOps tools.

 Strong programming and statistical analysis skills.

 Hands-on experience with deep learning models and computer vision tasks.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Highly developed attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments.

 Strong presentation skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical

stakeholders.

Good to Have

 Exposure to other LLM ecosystems (e.g., HuggingFace, Open Source LLMs).

 Contributions to open-source ML/LLM frameworks.

 Knowledge of advanced topics like Reinforcement Learning, GANs, or Diffusion Models.
