Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for the position of Luxury Brand Communication Head. The role involves leading the development and execution of strategic communication plans to promote and enhance Novella's presence in the luxury event space. Day-to-day tasks include creating press releases, managing internal and corporate communications, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging. The role requires proactive collaboration with stakeholders to effectively highlight and amplify Novella’s brand values and unique offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Strategic Communications for developing and executing brand storytelling and marketing strategies
• Expertise in drafting and managing Press Releases to promote corporate messaging and public relations
• Strong skills in Communication, including both verbal and written, to effectively convey brand narratives to diverse audiences
• Experience in Internal Communications and Corporate Communications to align internal teams and external stakeholders with brand goals
• Exceptional ability to manage branding efforts in a luxury or events-focused industry
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing communication teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, ability to work under deadlines
• Experience in luxury brand management or event-focused companies will be an advantage
